General booking conditions and cancellation policies of the site www.dimoranelsole.it

Please read the booking rules below carefully. 

Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the booking and for all other subjects mentioned in the same, including minors.

RESERVATION

The reservation becomes binding for the Hotel Dimora nel Sole only upon acceptance of the offer by the customer and reconfirmation by the Hotel.

Confirmation of your booking implies acceptance of our cancellation terms.

We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the confirmation data and to inform us of any anomalies as soon as possible.

To make changes to your booking you must contact the Reception staff, who will do everything possible to satisfy your request.

Cots can be requested while supplies last.

The images published on the Dimora nel Sole website and on OTA booking sites (Booking.com, Expedia, etc. etc.) refer to rooms in the Hotel and are examples of the structure itself. It may happen that you are not assigned the exact room shown in the photos.

A credit card will be required to confirm and guarantee the booking. Hotel Dimora nel Sole reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the customer's arrival, requesting a pre-authorization from the circuit to which it belongs.

The pre-authorization is not a purchase but consists of verifying the validity of the card and the consequent temporary blocking of the amount of the first night to guarantee the booking.

If this pre-authorization is not successful, we will be forced, against our will, to consider the reservation invalid.

In case of cancellation outside the established deadlines, the structure is authorized to proceed with the collection; if there is no penalty, the structure will release the pre-authorized sum.

Guests who wish to receive an invoice for their stay are asked to communicate their wish during the confirmation phase as well as promptly communicating the details of the same. Otherwise, the Hotel will produce a nominative tax receipt.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

The booked room is available to the customer from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure. It is possible to advance or postpone the check-in time upon prior communication at the time of booking or, subsequently, by directly contacting the Hotel Reception (which will confirm this, if possible).

If guests arrive at night, they are asked to notify the Hotel before their arrival; therefore, late check-outs are only available with prior authorization from the Reception.

MEALS

Breakfast is exclusively served from 7 to 10 every day.

To make your stay more pleasant, we ask you to report in advance any particular food intolerances or particular absolutely necessary needs.

DOCUMENTS

It is absolutely necessary to show up at the hotel with a valid identity document (identity card - passport - driving license). The document is required for all people who access the facility, including minors (children and/or teenagers).

Minors may stay in the Hotel if accompanied by a parent or an accredited adult companion.

Minors over the age of 16 will also be able to stay alone if there is a written and specific authorization with check-in and check-out dates and a photocopy of the document of the parent signing the authorization.

NO SMOKING

The entire structure is "non-smoking". Please do not smoke either in the room or in the common areas. It is possible to smoke in the external areas using the special containers made available to customers.

PETS

Your pet friends are welcome. We will do everything we can to ensure they have the well-being they deserve.

Pets weighing no more than 25 kg are allowed.

Furthermore, animals cannot move freely and without a leash in the common areas inside the structure. It is forbidden to leave animals unattended in the rooms.

A supplement of €10.00 per day will be required to ensure more thorough cleaning for the guest who will stay in the same room subsequently.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment for the stay will be made entirely in the hotel unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are accepted with the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard.

Direct bookings with Hotel Dimora nel Sole made via our website, email or telephone can be canceled without incurring penalties up to 48 hours (2 days) before arrival. In case of late cancellations or no shows, a penalty equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.

The aforementioned cancellation terms may vary in certain periods or for particular packages and offers and will in any case be made known to customers during the booking phase.

The Hotel Dimora nel Sole reserves the right, for reasons beyond its control, to cancel a customer's booking at any time.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION OF GROUPS

By making a booking, the person who completes the process is identified as the contact person for the group and confirms that he or she is authorized by the other participants to adhere to the Booking Conditions and the Cancellation Policy which you will find in the quote or booking confirmation.

The group contact person is jointly responsible for the invoicing total for all bookings confirmed by him.

FORCE MAJEURE

The management declines any responsibility for disservices due to failed supplies, accidental failures of equipment or other causes of force majeure.

We decline all responsibility for damage to property caused by others, by atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and theft.

COMPETENT COURT

For any dispute the competent court is that of Foggia.

For any dispute that may arise regarding the contents and translations into other languages ​​of the texts on this website, the manager and/or the property certifies that the text in Italian is the indisputable one.
